Good location though right on the main road and so traffic noise very evident. Room nice size clean though cost cutting on quality of towels, sheets pillows and mattress. Walls and bathroom decor tacky! Excellent fresh breakfast. Normally stay at different hotel right next door, however this time they were $50 a night more so tried this best western. I think next time I would pay the extra.

Not a very good place, pictures are deceiving. First night was terrible. Had to pay an early check in fee. And then ended up having a toilet over flowing in the middle of the night. Toilet was not working properly to begin with. Went to the front desk and whoever was working that night was terrible. Had a terrible demeanor, didn’t apologize or try to rectify the situation. Just down right a terrible attitude. So I said to her, never mind I’ll go in the morning, because i did not appreciate her demeanor. The next morning went to the front desk, couldn’t sleep at all, but whoever was at the desk was super helpful, apologized for the inconvenience and did her job to rectify the situation and got us moved within 3 minutes of telling her, unlike the 3rd shift front desk attendant. Pretty disappointing other than that. Beds were terrible. Carpet felt disgusting. Breakfast was terrible. Only reason I didn’t leave was because I prepaid the booking. So do yourself a favor and don’t pre pay your booking. Look at the property first and don’t believe the pictures. Because this place is not renovated and does not live up to basic hotel standards.

Pull area is bad.

Bed was hard as a rock and very uncomfortable. Four pillows on our king size bed were completely worn out and flat smaller than a throw pillow. Pool area was not as advertised no lounge chairs and water was disgusting. Look like it had not been cleaned in a long time. Breakfast options were limited and eggs were runny every single day we stayed for seven nights hotel was clean enough and staff was friendly. Very disappointed in the pool situation as we plan to spend our days lounging by the pool, but we’re unable to even sit around the pool at all due to lack of chairs and pool water conditions.

Terrible television selection

The room itself was excellent. But I was terribly disappointed in the tv. I had only 9 available channels and 5 of them were sports channels. I am not interested in sports. I was also disappointed that there weren't any chaise lounge chairs at the pool. There were only table chairs.

It was an OK property-but we got there early and asked if the room was ready - the reply basically was the room is ready now for $25.00 extra. If you don't pay the extra, we won't give you the room until after 3:00 check-in. We have never had any hotel charge us extra if the room was ready for us. That left a bad impression.

First of all just trying to find the property was difficult. You go in the entrance to another hotel in order to get to Sure Stay. Secondly, the hotel was dated and needs renovating. Blinds in the room did not work properly. No safe in the room. No clock in the room. Thirdly, the breakfast was very basic. Unappetizing pastries. No meat. No yogurt.

Front desk staff and housekeeping staff was always rude and seemed like they didn’t want to help guests at all. One morning after 7 mornings of getting breakfast and bringing to our room we were told that all food had to stay in the breakfast area. There is no signage stating this and no one said anything the whole week.

2 fans in bathroom no way to turn on. Couldnt use the shower due to black mold, hinges on door were rusted. I took pictures. Run down in need of updating. Maintenance of room terrible. Not recommeneded.
