The property was very nice and clean. The beach access was great and the room looks just like the pictures. However, the staff were rude and spoke in a way that if you asked anything or weren’t paying fast enough, it was a hindrance to them. Or brining an issue to their attention that there’s 20 or so kids running around the hotel and riding the elevators so that you can’t get from floor to floor, we were told “I’m not a babysitter” kind of ruins the experience.

The foom was very nice overlooking the ocean. I could hear the waves crashing all night which was wonderful. The bar ourside was ok but could use some improvement. Nice folks work at this hotel!

A gem of a hotel.

This is a wonderful property. It is evident that they owners care about maintaining the grounds and property. During our stay, the staff members were constantly straightening pool chairs, cleaning off tables, and assisting patrons. The hotel desk staff were very friendly and welcoming. The room was very clean and housekeeping was exceptional. Highly recommend.

We recently had a staycation at The Lucie. Steve helped us to feel welcomed from the moment we walked in the front door. Our room was spacious and we had a great view of the beach. The pool area was well maintained. Being able to walk to several restaurants was so convenient. We ate at Kyle G’s and Nonna’s and both were nice spots. Food on property was also good. The only thing hotel was lacking for us was umbrellas by the pool, but it seems like maybe they are being replaced soon? Hopefully because there aren’t many areas of shade by the pool. We had a wonderful time and will be back.
