The front desk gentleman was very kind and friendly, beds were clean and comfortable and room was basic and clean. The fridge was clean but the shelves were broken. I needed a nights sleep and I had a good one. The parking lot was well lit but not sure I felt safe. Pool looked very clean and if I was staying longer would have taken a swim.

There was no hot water available in either the shower or the sink. When I called the front desk, I was told about a boiler system failure affecting the entire building, which prevented us from moving to a functional room. So we were unable to bathe. The overall condition of the property was poor and did not reflect the rate of $156.80 charged for that night. Trying to contact Jesse or a manager to request a refund.

STAY AWAY. I rented a room for 4 nights with my family. Be warned, this is a motel. First room smelled of cigarette. After changing to second room, still smelled weird. Outside on the hallways there are guys smoking and suspicious characters. We feared for our safety so booked on another hotel nearby. I talked to the guy on front desk and he agreed to talk to the 'manager' to give us a refund, which surprise, never happened. I have never experienced in all my time traveling. Such dishonest people working there. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED.
