The only thing I didn't like is that there is no free WI-Fi, unless you are Hilton Honors member. Everyone else offers free Wi-Fi, no strings attached.

Overall stay was ok, we had plumbing issues and was told that there were no rooms available to move to and no staff available to fix the issue. I was charged for a breakfast that was included in our family reunion stay, on the positive note Casandra gave us excellent customer service. Kudos to her.

It’s unfortunate that they charge a $250 deposit (more than the cost of the room). I checked in on Friday and it’s Thursday of the following week and I have yet to have my deposit returned in full, not even half ! Very disappointing for such a reputable name #Hilton

Wonderful Stay

Property was beautiful. It was welcoming walking in with the nice clean smell of an air freshener. Staff at the front desk and the housekeepers were nice. The pool/hot tub and fitness center was great. I paid extra for breakfast in the morning, and it was amazing. The server was very nice. Parking was good. Located next to the interstate and everything in the city. The only thing they could improve on is the laundry facility. They had 2 washers and 2 dryers but only 2 of each worked. Also, they only took quarters.
