Staff was nice. Room was clean. The room needs light switches on both sides of the bathroom. Ice machine on every floor. It is heavy to carry. Breakfast extended until 10:00 would be appreciated for those not on business.

Amazing and sweet staff. A special shout out to the lovely woman that prepared breakfast for the entire hotel… you are a real one and deserve a raise! The rooms and beds were clean and was a lovely stay.

no carts had to wait along time to unload. asked for first floor cause i need to be close to car/ i just had a heart attack room was last room on third floor room 323 long walk for a senior with health issues. room was very clean and was impressed but the ice machine didnt work. nobody told us and they knew and only ice machine to use was on first floor. I had made requests for first floor
