Never Again

The keycard lock on my room didn't work. I could deadbolt it when inside, but when I left the room I couldn't leave any of my stuff because the door wouldn't latch. Walked in to find a quarter-sized spider staring at me. Floor and counters were filthy. I spilled some water and used one of the white towels to clean it up. The white towel turned black. The toilet was not securely fastened to the floor. It wobbled a lot when you sat on it. I haven't traveled much in the past 20 years. Motel 6 used to be a decent place to stay. I will never use them again. This place was trashed.

My has been ok not the worst. But I feel that the service visitors should have ways to warm there foods up in a microwave in the rooms. And the restroom door was missing. Also if some people don't have a phone, I think that they should have the opportunity to call for help if it was an emergency that came about during the stay here! It also smells like mildew here and seems that black mold could be up in the ceiling or throughout the walls. I could be wrong but I also could be right.

When I checked into my room there was this weird odor that hits you as soon as you walk in. No pillowcases on the pillows, no remote for TV, no garbage can, no soap, no cups. Was super dirty people yelling all hours of the night. The odor got to me really bad that it made me sick. Thank gosh it was only for one night and I had a friend bring me some room freshener that masked it for the time being.

Sometimes you win/sometimes you lose

The property is really remote dark, out of the way area. I thought my navigation was faulty until I finally saw light at the end of the unlit, two lane, out of a horror movie stretch of land. The room and beds were clean, however, there was only a single face towel, no bath towels, no wash cloths, or floor mat, no trash can, no phone, no soap, or shampoo& conditioner, or facial tissue, etc., as we've grown to expect. And I didn't see the free "breakfast", and I checked out about 8AM so I could not have missed it. When I walked down the stairs to ask for help (there was no phone in the room Although they advised 'free local calls', I was given 2 wash cloths and two bath towels and one floor mat.

I am disabled & hav a service dog...there are alot of great employees that are caring, that make me feel appreciated & that go out of their way to help in anyway possible! Barbie, Lala, Samara, Dena & Maria are all amazing people that go above & beyond for whatever the guests need! Not all motels or less expensive places are like that! I need hot water every day & these ladies would take my thermos & make me a pot of hot water & bring it back to me full & with a smile!! It doesn't get better than that!! Thank you for being soo kind & making me feel welcome ladies!! ❤️ I just recommend you avoid going to the office late at night or when this other very angry person is working...I think their name is Taji or Taj...fairly short black hair with some tiny braids...she is african american...I think she just hates her job or something...I have tried several times to ask for things or to get hot water for my breathing machine but she just yelled at me every time I have gone to the office while she is supposedly working...she yelled at me for asking for hot water & for towels which one of the other workers had told me to check back later at 9:45pm because they were drying...but when I went back to pick up the hot water the other worker made for me 30 minutes earlier & said to check back when I came to pick up the water..the towels should be done then but Taji freaked out on me for asking for either thing just because she was counting the till! I had no way of knowing so just avoid h
