I booked two rooms for 3 nights at the beach after spending time at Disney. My sister also booked a room. The first thing I noticed was that one room was considerably nicer for the same price. The shower in my rooms were very dated, poor water pressure, could not find a happy medium water temperature, and generally kind of gross. The beds seemed very worn but rooms were otherwise clean. Our second day there a toilet backed up all over one of our rooms. The lady working the desk was unapologetic but did switch out the rooms. This left our party separated on different floors, which was not ideal. When asked if there was any way we could at least be on the same floor, the lady reiterated multiple times that it was my lucky day that she even had a room for us. You know, the room I reserved and paid for? The room we moved to was smaller and only had one king versus the two doubles of the orher room. The shower was pretty gross in there as well, but had decent pressure. We enjoyed the area- very quiet, walkable, with great dining options. But ultimately we checked out a night early and lost our money because of the room situation.

Great location right on the beach. The pool was also really nice with plenty of chairs. This is an older hotel and the rooms appear to have been renovated not that long ago. However when I open a drawer in the bureau it was smelly so I f Did not use the bureau. Clothes were hung or kept in suitcase. Beach access was excellent and there were chairs at the beach available. Milligans restaurant semi attached to hotel was a nice benefit. They had great breakfast and happy hour specials 3-6. Would stay there again.
