I stay here often but this was not the best stay. Three days with no hot water to shower had to go elsewhere. Also twice my room was not cleaned and when I brought it to the attention to the front desk they said your sign must of been out IT WASNT. Put a call in to the manager still waiting. I literally stay her at least three times a year but thinking of changing.

Room and check in were great. Only negative was breakfast service was out of some items and there were no plates when we came down to eat. Would still recommend as the room was clean and the bed was comfy.

Very clean, breakfast good variety every day included,suite is two queen beds in seprate room comfortable .TV in both rooms, sofa bed mattress needs improvement bathroom has shampoo conditioner and liquid soap in dispencers in shower, blow dryer hand soap tissues etc. Kitchen has everything you need. Must pay around $5 for upgrade wifi per day free parking

This was probably the nicest hotel that I have stayed at in a long time. I live in town and was in the middle of a very difficult move when I passed out, and hit my head on a uhaul truck going down. I had a concussion and 5 staples in my head. When I accidentally went to the wrong Marriott by mistake, the girl who was working there was just as nice as the people at my Marriott. It was really pretty and clean and everyone was very nice!

We came to Port St. Lucie for a short weekend because we were thinking of potentially moving to the area from Orlando. We love TownePlace Suites By Marriott BUT sadly this location didn’t roll out the welcome wagon. They gave us a hard time about us traveling with our service animal (which never happens) we thought it would be appreciated to let them know in advance as we always do, (mentioned we had all our paperwork) but they didn’t care and of course this was all before we checked-in, which gave us a bad taste in our mouth. Personally, we didn’t want to stay after that but when Expedia contacted them prior to our arrival so we could just change hotels they decided to not answer phones. Very frustrating! Staff wasn’t friendly, the room looked clean but the bath towels had a musk smell, I personally like using the stairs to get exercise but they locked the side doors so you couldn’t enjoy around the property or side pool access which was annoying. Overall, I’ll save my money next time and pick a different hotel which was sad because the location was nice.

The property and staff were great, clean room, plenty of parking. We would stay again. HOWEVER, we stayed in room 218 where my wife fell in the bathtub. There NEEDS to be some type of abrasive/ non slip strips as the tub bottom is very slick.
