Close to city centre

The B&B wasn't obvious where the entrance was on arrival however it is in a fantastic location for the city centre being only 5min walk to the arena of Verona and then a short walk to other main tourist locations. Breakfast was basic but organised each room had an allocated area in the fridge. It served its purpose well and I would definitely stay there again.

Bizarre B&B

Had to phone to gain entrance and it was poorly signposted, a tiny plaque on a wall, air conditioning was almost none existent it was an unpleasant night. I had texted the owner as there was only a non English speaking cleaner there when we arrived, we went out without seeing the owner two hours later. In the morning I said the room was very hot but she didn't accept this was possible! Breakfast was DIY - food left on a shelf of the fridge, it was the most bizarre stay. Very glad it was only one night and will not be returning.

Not what we expected

This B&B is very well positioned close to the Verona Arena. Check in staff was pleasant. Room & public areas were very clean. But it was not what we expected. We thought we reserved an on-suite room for a set price through Expedia. On check they charged us less than we expected. Then we found the room was just that, a room with no bathroom. There was a shared bathroom with another guest room. (The shared bathroom was spotless.) There is a room with an on-suite, but that was taken. But the main surprise was there was no active AC. When we returned late in the evening we found the AC turned off. There was no way to control the AC from the room. The B&B owners were not about. It was high summer (July) and Italy was enduring a heat wave. There wasn't even a fan in the room. It was almost unbearable. Windows open had no effect. We didn't sleep in the bed. We just lay on it. I was literally dripping sweat all night. I've heard of Italian hotels only turning on AC in May, but no AC in July during a heat wave!? I will not go back.

STAY AWAY!!!

DO NOT BOOK THIS B&B!!! I travel almost every month and have NEVER had a situation like this. They falsely advertise their checkin hours on certain websites. I used hotels.com which stated that check-in was from 2pm-8am, which was ideal for me since I was arriving later in the afternoon. When I arrived at 10 pm and called the owner they refused to come let me in, because they said their hours are only till 8 pm. No where on the website did it state that information. They left me stranded at night in the middle of a city I've never stayed at. Then they have the AUDACITY to still charge me for the room, when the website clearly stated check-in was till 8 am. GO ANYWHERE ELSE! THIS IS A SCAM!

A un passo dall'Arena

Siamo riusciti a pernottare per 3 notti sotto Capodanno, nonostante disguidi riguardo la prenotazione dovuti al recente cambio di gestione. La struttura, posizionata nei pressi dell'Arena, è formata da 3 camere (di cui una con bagno privato) e un bagno in comune. La nostra camera era grande e tenuta in ordine. La ragazza Anna si è dimostrata accogliente e cordiale. La colazione, servita nella sala comune (cucina), è abbondante e parecchio varia. Ottimo il sistema di ingresso principale, ovvero una tastiera per codici numerici.

B&B senza grosse pretese, pulito e tranquillo a pochi passi da piazza Bra. Consigliato per brevi soggiorni o per trascorrere la notte dopo un evento in Arena senza spendere molto.

아레나랑 무척 가까웠습니다 깨끗한방 컨디션에 아늑한분위기가 좋았어요 공용 주방엔 쿠키와 빵 커피등이준비돼있고 냉장고엔 요거트주스우유치즈 햄 과일등을 준비해 놓으셔셔 방별로 마음껏 먹을수 있었어요 다시 베로나에 간다면 또 머무를 것 같아요

Low service, greedy owners.

We were not pleased with our stay, the owners of the B&B seemed greedy. We stayed here in mid July and the temperatures reached above 40 degrees C in the middle of the day, still the owners chose not to use the air conditioning at night. They only used it a couple of hours in the middle of the day. This was the biggest problem, but there was also other minor service problems.

Séjour sans compassion

Notre nuit aurait pu être satisfaisante HELAS !! Nous avons demandé à la réception à quelle heure devions nous arriver au plus tôt, la personne nous a répondu à 13h !! arrivés à 13h la chambre pas faite!! nous avons demandé à prendre une douche au moins après notre voyage fatiguant !! pas de souci mais douche froide, plus d'eau chaude! nous n'avons rien dit! mais le soir avant de ressortir à nouveau une douche gelée !! mais personne dans le logement pour exprimer notre de 2 douches froides ! le lendemain matin nous avons expliqué notre mécontentement et le Monsieur c'est juste excusé et reparti dans sa chambre ! nous n'avons eu aucune consigne pour le déroulement du petit déjeuner !! heureusement que nos voisins de chambre nous ont expliqué gentiment ! Nous sommes partis sans revoir personne. Quelle déception et manque de respect!! dommage car l'accueil était satisfaisant.

La doccia con il contagocce

Buongiorno, mi spiace dover dire che purtroppo non ho avuto una gran bella esperienza, a partire dall'orario del check-in (alle 14:00????)perché fino alle13:00 non arriva la donna delle pulizie mi è stato detto quando ho chiesto se fosse stato possibile darsi una rinfrescata dopo il viaggio, alle 14:30 la camera non era ancora pronta.... L aria condizionata in camera funzionava a tratti, la colazione quasi inesistente in una cucina accampata con sportelli e pezzi mezzi rotti, per non parlare delle tortine lasciate sotto a una zanzariera x tutto il giorno!! (L'altro giorno a Verona c'erano 38 gradi, non so se mi spiego) La doccia con pochissima pressione d' acqua che per lavarsi pareva di avere un contagocce. Onestamente per €180 speravo solo in una cosa decente. Mi spiace ma non lo consiglio. Daniele

sehr zentral gelegen und sympathisch

das B&B liegt in unmittelbarer Nähe der Arena, also sehr zentral und trotzdem in ruhiger Lage. Es ist offensichtlich eine umgewidmete Wohnung, bestehend aus drei Zimmern mit einem Bad, das sehr sauber war, und einer Küche, in der das Frühstück vorbereitet war. Das Preis - Leistungs - Verhältnis ist sehr gut, und die Vermieterin sehr freundlich. Einziger Nachteil war die Hellhörigkeit des Zimmers.
