Located on the first mezzanine floor of an elegant building, Dimora Isonzo 3 is a spacious apartment in a classic Italian style, with fine marble and parquet floors, complemented by functional furnishings and modern comforts. The apartment opens onto a large entrance hall that leads to the bright living room with a comfortable sofa that converts to a double sofa bed, a TV, and elegant glass coffee tables. The next door leads to the dining room, furnished with a wooden eight-seater table, ideal for dinner with friends and family. Adjacent to the dining room is the modern, fully equipped kitchen with an oven, dishwasher, and microwave, offering direct access to the private outdoor courtyard. A windowed bathroom with a large shower and washing machine completes the living area. On the other side of the entrance hall is the sleeping area, comprising a first bedroom with a double and single bed, wardrobe, and desk, and a second bedroom with a double bed, desk, and wardrobe. A second bathroom with window and shower completes the sleeping area.
