Just steps away from the Arena di Verona, you'll find this modern and bright apartment. Despite its small size, it offers every comfort you could desire. Located on the second floor of a historic building without an elevator, the apartment boasts a magnificent rooftop terrace where you can admire the iconic 'Ala' of the Arena. During the summer season, you can enjoy concerts and performances held in the Arena while sipping a good glass of wine in pleasant company. This characteristic corner makes the apartment unique and special, making you fall in love with the city of Verona.The apartment consists of a single tastefully decorated and cozy room, offering a double bed, a single bed, and the possibility of adding a bed for a child up to 10 years old upon request. Additionally, it features a fully equipped kitchenette, a dining table, and a comfortable sofa with TV. The full bathroom with shower and washing machine completes this cozy studio. To ensure a pleasant stay throughout the year, we adhere to regional regulations regarding heating and air conditioning.

It is forbidden to drive in the ZTL (traffic limit zone).

Please inform us of your arrival time at least one day in advance to arrange a private check-in at the property.

Check-in is from 2:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.

Upon arrival, payment of the tourist tax (€3.50 per person per day) and final cleaning fee (€60) is required.

At check-in, a damage deposit of €150 will be requested via credit card.

After the apartment has been checked, the deposit will be refunded within one week after check-out.

As a guest of this apartment, you'll find laundry facilities and limo service. The front desk is open around the clock.
