Answer the phone!

The hotel was very clean and the staff when we did interact with them was great, however, we tried to call while we were out to see what shuttle we needed to get back and no one answered the phone. Then in the middle of the night we had kids running up and down the hallway outside our room making all kinds of noise, once at 1:30 and then again at 3. I tried to call down to the service next to complain but no one answered again.

The hotel is so clean , I love the openness with the windows for the lighting, the room we stayed was clean and the bed and pillows felt like heaven. Breakfast was over whelming with how much they provide for you . I thought the shampoo and conditioner bottles were cute in the wall in the bath tube .Staff were nice and sweet and so were the transportation men. I would recommend this hotel to anyone!

Wonderful!

This is the nicest room we've stayed in in forever! So clean and looked to be recently renovated. Not sure if we received an upgrade but our king room had a comfy new chair and sofa with pillows to enjoy while watching TV or reading. Many lamps around the room and lovely plush towels and washcloths in a sparkling clean bathroom. A tub you would want to sit in! The lobby was spacious and the breakfast buffet had hot and cold options. This property far exceeded our expectations for the price. A great value and experience.

Nice little overnight

First off it's not at Turning Stone nor is it Oneida IndiSn Nation owned. It's located across route 365 from TS but it offers free shuttle service over to the casino. We enjoyed they stay which was just to swim and sit in the hot tub. The pool had a thermometer that showed about 77 78 degrees, a little cool but the hot tub was nearly scalding hot. Room was clean, beds a little hard, hotel common areas were nice and clean and staff was very nice and helpful. Free breakfast was what we expected, overall we would go back.

The staff was wonderful and helpful. We stayed in the King sized room. It was beautiful, clean, and quiet. There was a couch and a coffee table so we were able to play Scrabble on a regular table which I thought was cool. They have a shuttle to take people to and from Turning Stone 24/7. The driver was personable and quick to arrive when it was time to return to the hotel. Great price; great service.
