The only thing is good that its near the center like piazza erbe and piazza bra ...the rest of things about the resident like its not quiet ..you are with other couples in the sa apartment ..what is between you is just a wall and wood door so every sound can be heard..there is no parking ...the breakfast was terrible...old

Perfect and recommendable place to stay

The host seems to know how to interact with customers and always listen to mine. The host rushed to communicate with me in order to perfectly prepare for everything for her customer's convenience as soon as I made a reservation. She was very reasonable, so it helps me to fully understand some points. Even her daughter was very professional and pursued valuable services. Although I have not met the host due to her holiday, I felt how much respectful and humble she is when I met her daughter who has a strong responsibility. I could recognize that she is very smart and well educated in a good atmosphere. Before I reached this residence, I was a bit disappointed with some Italians in other city in Italy. However, I think the host and her daughter should be role models of other people who offer any kinds of services in Italy. The rooms with amenities were very clean and the tissue quality was excellent even though the maid seems to forget to refill it. I was lucky to meet them and stay in their residence which is cozy, lovely, stylish, and filled with all of their warm heart. Only thing to comment on this residence is that there was a mosquito. I thought that it is due to fresh air condition in that area, but did not want to bother them because they already did their best for my comfort and I know they will take quick actions if I let them know it. I believe that their residence will become more powerful and popular in future because it is run by them, not by others.
