Welcome to our spacious villa, surrounded by a private park and a charming fenced animals area. Relax in the large solarium or enjoy our eco-friendly saltwater pool (17×7 m), perfect for families and groups.

You’ll find plenty of entertainment: children’s games, a professional tennis table, foosball, outdoor activities, a meditation area, and multiple furnished patios for dining al fresco.we have a small fitness area too behind the house .

On second floor The bridal suite features a elegant golden mosaic bathroom with a double jacuzzi, and other three double bedrooms and one bathroom ideal for two families or a larger group. Ample private parking is available.
we have also a small private art gallery in the park .

Although the villa is in a peaceful green residential area, the town center and shops are just 3 minutes away by car. Restaurants with stunning city views, tennis courts, and sports facilities are all within walking distance.
One canteen for tasting biological wine is walking distance.

The ground floor includes a spacious loft with large glass doors opening to the pool area, a fully equipped kitchen with fireplace, two small double bedrooms, and a large living area that can convert into an additional bedroom. There’s one bathroom inside and a second one accessible through a hallway near the pool. Perfect for families and friends traveling together.
The loft has its own private entrance and patio but can connect to the upper floors.
the ground floor can accomodate max 6 persons

The garden come to feed the plants and clean the pool if needed. We can also come to clean the pool but take very much care of the privacy of our clients .
We also offer ceramics or sculpture classes, as well as Italian cooking lessons upon request.

Starting in 2025, the villa can host parties and weddings upon prior communication.

The house was exactly as described. We had plenty of bedrooms, bathrooms and just meeting places. It was very hot during our stay and we were very happy for the pool, which was very nice as well as the ice maker. I do have to say there was a rooster that was up at 5:15am every morning. My grandson loved feeding the donkeys. Nicoletta and Giovanni were exceptional.

Perfect Verona villa

Great villa perfect for our large reuniting family holiday. Nicoletta and Giovanni fantastic hosts who accomadated our every requirement. Well all loved the outside spaces and pool just perfect. Completely recommend for large family groups we had 13 altogether and the villa easily housed us without feeling cramped or crowded.

Villa in Verona

The property was lovely and convenient to the town of Verona and walking distance to a few restaurants . My only disappointment was the small kitchen . The outside was beautiful and very accommodating . Nicoletta was extremely helpful and really went above and beyond her hostess position . When our cab didn’t show up to take us to a cooking class she drove us there! She was so positive in a pleasant manner. She also drove me to a butcher so I could make veal cutlets! Can’t rave enough about her and she is the reason I would return there.

Fabulous pool-wicked cactus!

This is a rather unusual villa on 3 levels with a wonderful swimming pool in a good loocation in the upper reaches of Verona-felt rural but was by the city-lovely sitting rooms and one super bedroom with ensuite-but other bedrooms not so good-better kitchen was downstairs so a treck to the terrace with food for 14 people. The cactus by the front door was a liability with children between 4 and 12.

Living the villa life!

This beautiful villa is set in a lovely setting above the historic town of Verona. It was too far for us to walk but we saw many bicyclists and others walking. It’s just a 5 minute drive to the walking bridge of the historic center with free parking so it was never a problem. The villa’s salt water pool was wonderful and a welcome relief after touring around. We were 7 adults and two children, 2 & 5. There were great areas for the kids to enjoy and explore. The house was equipped with everything you need. The beds were comfortable and the showers had good water pressure. Nicoletta and Giovanni were great hosts and always responded quickly to any query. When my 2 year old grandson had a reaction to a mosquito bite they went to the pharmacy and got a cream for him. The basement apartment had a musty smell which I should have mentioned to Giovanni and Nicoletta earlier in our stay because it turns out they had a dehumidifier that would have taken care of the problem. Nicoletta and Giovanni are very caring and want to make sure all your needs are met.

Et ok ophold

Vi havde et ok ophold. Der var plads til os alle men der var også nogle udfordringer. Dels kunne vi ikke side udenfor og spise, da spiseområdet var fyldt med bier. Envidere var poolen helt grøn men man kunne dog fortsat bade der. Afslutningsvis, så skal man være opmærksomme på, at der også bor andre personer i kælderen, så man har ikke huset helt for sig selv. Vi havde dog en god ferie og der var god plads i huset men den levede ikke helt op til prisen.

Well-suited house for a big family vacation

We stayed for a week in this lovely house. Our party consisted of 14 different people from age 1 to 70. When we arrived we were greeted by one the hosts, Giovanni, and shown around the house. He then made us a meal and shared it with us while we were waiting for the rest of our party to arrive. In generel the hosts was always easy to contact and eager to help us if we had any questions. The hospitality from Giovanni and his wife Nicoletta is topclass and the best we've ever experienced. The house itself was very big with plenty room for all of us but was still easy to cool down with airconditioning in almost all of the rooms. Outside was a lovely terrace overlooking the pool where we shared all our meals and spent the evenings. The pool area was large with sunbeds for all of us. In all a wonderful house with a wonderful set of hosts. Would defenently reccomend it.

Perfect Locatie voor veel familie en/of vrienden met veel en ruime kamers en terrassen. Fantatisch zwembad. Ideaal voor kleine kinderen: omheind en afsluitbaar zwembad, veel speelgoed en speciale speelruimte. Prima slaapkamers en badkamers met airco. 2 keukens.
