At the foot of the "Pont du Gard", located in a small and very friendly medieval village, in the triangle Orange, Avignon and Nîmes, in the heart of a very rich tourist region, close to the sea, our cottage is ready to welcome you.
All on the ground floor, it is equipped to accommodate 2 people (+ baby) including 1 bedroom equipped with a double bed and television, 1 laundry area with washing machine, 1 bathroom with walk-in shower and toilet, 1 living area with built-in kitchen (dishwasher, ceramic hob, oven/microwave, fridge/freezer, television) opening onto an outdoor terrace.

Access to the first floor via an internal staircase offers the possibility of 4 additional beds with 2 double beds (supplement not included in the price).

Independent entrance to the cottage, with parking for 1 vehicle.
Parking possible, outside, for other vehicles (same motorhome).

Kleiner als gedacht, man hat keinen direkten Zugang zum Pool. Auch steht nicht, dass der Vermieter direkt nebenan wohnt.Positiv: Super Grundausstattung, sogar Gewürze (außer Besteck, 4xMal ist zu wenig) - Grundsätzlich sauber (außer Teller und Gläser waren sehr dreckig) -Willkommensgruß im Kühlschrank - sehr aufmerksam - Gasgrill Negativ:- Obere Etage kostet extra (auf der Seite steht nur nicht im Preis enthalten, kein Preis und warum das nicht automatisch mit in die Buchung fließt ist mir ein Rätsel - pro Kind und Tag 20), wurde vom Vermieter eine Woche vorher an uns kommuniziert und ist übrigens in Bar mitzubringen. Haben uns auf die Hälfte einigen können, waren 220 extra, nicht okay. - bei der Ankunft der nächste Schock, dass wir auch den Pool extra zu zahlen haben, für eine Familie mit 2 Kindern 16 pro Tag und dann auch nur für 4 Stunden pro Tag - Zeiten nach Absprache , wir haben uns auch hier auf weniger geeinigt bzgl. fehlender Angeben- WLAN müsste auch erst noch eingerichtet werden, am Eingang hingen viele Regeln u. a. auch wie die Klimaanlage einzustellen ist- Sehr anstrengend, auch weil zwischendurch noch Nachrichten von ihm kamen, Kind soll nicht vom Beckenrand springen, Geld für den Pool möglichst noch am gleichen Tag in den Briefkasten werfen- Nachfrage nach einem Sonnenschirm war auch nicht möglich - Grundstück nicht sehr ordentlich, viele Baumaterialen lagen herumFazit-aufgrund der vielen versteckten Kosten stimmt die Preis Leistung hier nicht.
