It is located a 10-minute walking distance from the Versailles Palace, where you can admire the Royal Chapel directly from the dining room. The view is breathtaking at any time of the day with the reflections of the sun on the gilding of the Château which has just been redone.
You will be able to watch the « Grandes Eaux » fireworks on Saturday evenings (jun-sept) directly from the living room. Simply Magic!

It is located just a 5-minute walking distance from the “Chantier” and “Rive Gauche” train stations, so you can access Paris Montparnasse in 10 minutes and the Eiffel Tower in 25 minutes.

The apartment is very calm and bright (4 windows). The decoration is modern but also has all the old typical charm of the city of Versailles: parquet, 2 fireplaces, moldings…

It is located in the historic ''Saint Louis'' district and close to shops (bakery, pastry shops, cheese shops, market, cafes, restaurants, supermarkets and boutiques).

It is ideal for accommodating a family: directly from the bedroom and living room you have a view on the very nice Square des Francine with a kids play ground. During hot summer days they turn on the water jets, kids an play with their swimsuits.

It has a bedroom with a 140x190 cm double bed as well as a travel cot for baby.
The apartment also has a desk, perfect if you have to do some home office. In order to relax or boost your energy you also have access to fitness & yoga equipments: 4 dumbbells, 5 straps, 2 mats, 1 bolster, 1 pillow, 2 blocks, and 2 eye cushions.
The bathroom is brand new and equipped with a shower (+soap, shampoo & hair dryer). Bathrobes are available during your stay.
A large double wardrobe/closet is available as well as many shelves next to the bed where you can store all your belongings.

In the living room you will find a 160x200 cm double sofa bed. A wardrobe is available to store your clothes.
In the living you can entertain yourself with board games or TV.
The kitchen is fully equipped and has just been redone. You have all the necessary equipment: fridge, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster, kettle, oven, microwave, hot plates.
A washing machine (with dryer) is also at your disposal.
Guest access
The apartment is located at 15 rue Édouard Lefebvre 78000 Versailles.

🚖 If you are driving you can park for free for the first hour in the « Parking de Sceaux » (big outdoor car park) located just at the bottom of the building (ideal for storing your belongings). For a typical day of work (9 hours), it will cost you just under 18€, compare to 35€ on “street” parking.
Parking is free on Sundays in Versailles.

If you arrive by train:
• from Gare des Chantiers: take the « Rue des Etats Généraux », then the first on the left, the apartment is at the end of Rue de Noailles. During the day you can also go through the Jardin des Etangs Gobert (even shorter).
• from the Gare Rive Gauche: take the « Avenue de Sceaux » for 400m and you are there.

Entrance to the apartment is done independently using a key box. You will receive all instructions by message before your arrival.

Entrance to the apartment is from 4 pm. Departure before 10 am. Please respect this timing so the cleaning team has time to work properly before the next guest arrive. Please let me know the number of beds to prepare as well as your estimated arrival and departure time.
