30 m² cottage on the raised ground floor + mezzanine, featuring a living room with direct access to the small terrace, a kitchenette, and a mezzanine bedroom with a steep staircase. Shared washing machine. Bicycle storage. Central heating. A full-service grocery store is 2 km away; all other amenities are located in Noirétable, 5 km from the cottage. The cottage has its own independent entrance and 100 m² of private land. For your comfort, beds are made upon arrival. The owner, a farmer, will be happy to show you around his farm if you wish.

Please note that in case of excessive consumption, an additional charge may be charged.
