Cosy 4-star mountain chalet made with high-quality materials for 4 people, 125 m². Fully equipped kitchen with fridge and freezer compartment, 4 induction hobs, steam oven, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, Italian coffee maker, kettle, raclette set, and fondue set. A bright living room with a modern stove, two large armchairs, 3 Bluetooth devices including 1 mobile, dining table with 2 chairs and 2 stools. (no television)



- Bedroom 1: 1x double bed 200X180 with double mattress with a bath in the bedroom. Toilet and washbasin closing with a sliding door

- Bedroom 2: 1x double bed 200X180 with double mattress (folding), a small desk

- Italian shower room, washbasin, toilet.

- Outside: small terrace with garden furniture and a balcony all around the chalet

- Laundry: washing machine, large fridge with 1 large freezer drawer

- Parking: Two parking spaces outside the chalet in summer and in winter 2 parking spaces along the main road

- Animals: not allowed

- Access: easy access
