Cocoonr Annecy offers you the opportunity to rent Villa Richadière, an exceptional property with rare and luxurious features.
Ideally located, this villa boasts direct, private access to the lake (beach), a swimming pool offering spectacular views of the lake and mountains, and spacious living areas opening onto a unique panorama.
With a surface area of around 400 m², it can accommodate up to 10 guests in absolute comfort. Each space has been designed using top-of-the-range materials and furnishings, combining elegance and refinement for a unique experience.
Please note that work is currently underway in the neighbourhood, which may cause noise pollution during the day, and that a crane is visible from certain areas of the property.
The Villa is composed as follows:
Main floor:
- A spacious, light-filled living room with a unique, panoramic view over Lake Annecy
- A fully-equipped open-plan kitchen from SMEG (fridge, dishwasher, oven, microwave, toaster, gas hob, airfryer, ice-maker, etc.)
- Two lounge areas, one with a large television, sound bar and fireplace
- An open-plan dining room that comfortably seats 10 guests
> These light-filled living areas open onto a splendid view of the lake and mountains, with direct access to the terrace and outdoor dining area equipped with a plancha grill.

If you are coming by car, the property has private parking for up to 4 vehicles.
- The regular SIBRA 20 bus service, with a stop 10 minutes' walk from the Villa (Crozette), provides easy access to Annecy city centre (around 20 minutes) and nearby beaches (5 to 20 minutes).
- Geneva international airport can be reached in around 35 minutes by car. Buses and private shuttles also run between Geneva and Annecy. For greater comfort, we recommend that you use taxis or VTC services.
On arrival, you will be welcomed by the team at Cocoonr, the agency specialising in ‘ready-to-move-in’ rentals, who will be on hand throughout your stay to ensure you make the most of it.
