Partly renovated in 2025, the property combines tasteful and cosy furnishings with generous living spaces thoughtfully distributed over the ground floor and upper floor.

On the ground floor, you are welcomed into a bright living and dining room featuring an open-hearth fireplace and cable TV with Home cinema, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. The large, open kitchen is fully equipped and connects seamlessly to the living area. A bath with WC is also located on this floor, alongside exits leading to both the garden and the terrace.

The upper floor hosts a lounge area with cable TV and Home cinema, as well as access to the balcony. The sleeping accommodation is arranged across 4 bedrooms: 1 large room fitted with 1 double bed measuring 180 cm by 200 cm, complete with its own shower, WC, and double hand-basin; 1 room with 1 set of 2 bunk beds measuring 90 cm by 190 cm, with access to the balcony; 1 room with 1 French bed measuring 180 cm by 200 cm; and 1 room with 2 beds each measuring 90 cm by 190 cm. A shower with WC serves the remaining bedrooms on this floor. Underfloor heating is installed throughout both the ground floor and the upper floor.
