Sehr gute Lage

Sehr schönes Appartment in guter, zentraler Lage, Eisdiele, Pizzeria, BĂ€cker in 2 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Das Naturschutzgebiet ist mit dem Fahrrad innerhalb kĂŒrzester Zeit zu erreichen, dort gibt es schöne Fahrradwege, ĂŒber die man den Strand innerhalb 10 Minuten erreicht. Zwei FahrrĂ€der wurden uns von Allessio zur VerfĂŒgung gestellt. 3 Balkone zum sitzen geeignet, fĂŒr einen Tisch aber zu klein. Den Tisch findet, man auf der Terrasse im Erdgeschoss. Wohnung ist im 1. Obergeschoss. Sehr gute Klimaanlage

Eccellente vacanza trascorsa nella Beach House Versilia di Torre del Lago frazione di Viareggio. In tutto Alessio e la sua splendida ed accoglientissima famiglia hanno reso speciale la nostra vacanza. La casa Ăš dotata di ogni comfort (condizionatori in tutte le stanze, lavastoviglie, forno, frigo con freezer, aspirapolvere, ferro da stiro, lavatrice esterna).Si trova logisticamente al primo piano di una villetta nella piazza principale di Torre del Lago e seppur centrale Ăš silenziosa e molto fresca, in quanto dotata di tre ampi balconi che la percorrono sui tre lati. Inoltre il Signor Alessio dĂ  la possibilitĂ  di poter disporre di un giardinetto con arredamento esterno per leggere, giocare. Il mare si raggiunge in 4/5 minuti di auto o effettuando una piacevole passeggiata all'interno della pineta ombreggiata, o in bici. Rispetto a Viareggio cittĂ  Torre del Lago offre molte piĂč opportunitĂ  di scelta delle spiagge che possono essere sia libere che stabilimenti attrezzati dotati di ogni comfort. Inoltre la casa Ăš un ottimo punto di partenza per visitare le cittĂ  vicine di Pisa, la bellissima Lucca e la splendida Firenze. Per gli appassionati della musica classica Torre del lago offre la rassegna di opere di Puccini nella superba cornice del teatro sulle rive del lago omonimo. Faccio un ultimo accenno all'attenzione e cortesia del Signor Alessio quando abbiamo avuto un problema con l'auto. Ci ha aiutato a risolverlo in brevissimo tempo. Grazie per la magica vacanza. Elena

Wir hatten eine tolle Woche Ferien in Viareggio! Der Empfang war sehr freundlich und uns wurde alles gezeigt und erklĂ€rt. FĂŒr 5 Personen hatten wir genug Platz und Geschirr - und sogar einen GeschirrspĂŒhler (nebst Waschmaschine). Alles da! Einzig die Entfernung zum Meer.. Wir wĂ€ren gerne zu Fuss ans Meer. Aber mit 4 Kids und allem GepĂ€ck sind 2 km doch ein bischen weit.

Nice place to be

The apartment is very nicely furnished. The living room and kitchen are combined and spacious. The kitchen is very well equipped. Even with a dishwasher. There is a washing machine outside. There are also three balconies and a small seating area in the garden. Across a large square you can see the Apuan Alps. Alessio is extremely nice, very attentive and helpful. A wonderful experience, we felt very comfortable. You can take the train to Pisa in just a few minutes. A natural beach can be quickly reached by bike on a short path along a canal with many turtles. We'd love to come back. Thanks Alessio.

Tolle Wohnung Super Gastgeber

Wie beschrieben, prima Wohnung, ideal fĂŒr Badeurlaub oder Sightseeing. Zentral gelegen, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten fĂŒr den tĂ€glichen Bedarf fußlĂ€ufig erreichbar. Wir (fĂŒnfköpfige Familie) waren in der ersten Septemberwoche in der Wohnung und haben uns sehr wohl gefĂŒhlt. Zum nĂ€chstgelegenen Strand sind es schon 2 Kilometer, hier muß jeder fĂŒr sich entscheiden wie er da hin kommt. Wir sind mit dem Auto an den Strand gefahren. Alessio ist ein super Gastgeber. Hatte fĂŒr alle Fragen ein offenes Ohr und war immer hilfsbereit. Selbst als wir einen kleinen Fahrzeugschaden hatten, half er uns mit Übersetzungen wo er konnte. Hat uns hilfreiche Tips gegen und sehr schnell (spĂ€testens nach 30 Minuten) reagiert. Beim nĂ€chsten Urlaub in Torre del Lago Puccini buchen wir gerne nochmal diese Wohnung.

Nice apartment in a non-touristic area

We went to Tuscany to spend some time at the beach and this apartment was ideal for our needs. It’s located in a part of town that is mostly inhabited by locals, which is very nice. There are shops for everyday needs in walking distance. You can get to the private and public beaches by car or bike in a few minutes. The apartment is very clean, there is Air condition in every room and the kitchen is very well equipped. The host Alessio is very nice, welcomed us personally and could answer every one of our questions.
