La camera era sufficientemente spaziosa e molto pulita. Il personale era molto gentile, accogliente e disponibile. La prima sera non funzionava il telecomando della TV e me lo hanno prontamente sostituito. La colazione era ottima e molto varia con molti prodotti gluten-free a disposizione.

Skuffende

Vi kom til Viareggio i august for å bade og slappe av. Bassenget var stengt uten at vi hadde fått informasjon om dette, og balkong / uteplass hadde heller ingen møbler. Renhold var av variert grad, laken hadde flekker og dusjhode såg skittent ut. Renhold var også utelatt en dag. Sengen var veldig hard, og putene hadde dårlig komfort. Vi ble veldig skuffet over total inntrykket av hotellet og synes det er rartbat dette er et 4 stjerner hotell.
