Ideally located just 400 m from the Vias-Plage shopping avenue and 600 m from the Vias beach, this charming 37 m² air-conditioned house is perfect for a holiday combining comfort, relaxation and proximity to the sea.
On the ground floor, you'll find an air-conditioned living room with a sofa bed, a convivial dining table and a fully equipped kitchen. A bathroom with shower and separate WC complete this functional space.
Upstairs, the house has two bedrooms. The first air-conditioned bedroom has a double bed (140x200 cm), providing a comfortable sleeping area. The second bedroom, also air-conditioned, has two single beds (80x190 cm), ideal for children or friends. A large sofa bed is also available in the living room, providing additional sleeping space for greater flexibility.
For added convenience, a washing machine is available in the bathroom.
Outside, you'll enjoy a private south-facing terrace, offering peace and privacy. It's the perfect place to enjoy meals al fresco or relax in the Mediterranean sunshine. An ideal setting for a relaxing holiday in Vias-Plage.

The flat has two numbered parking spaces in the residence.

Access to the various beaches of Vias is easy via the cycle paths (2.5km) or directly from the on-site car parks. There are plenty of water-based activities on offer on the various beaches, including diving, sailing, jet skiing or paddle boarding, kitesurfing and wakeboarding, sea kayaking... The accommodation is close to a host of restaurants, bars and other shops.

By train: Vias railway station is 1 kilometre from the historic centre of Vias. For those who prefer to arrive from Agde, there is a larger station serving TER and TGV trains. This station is only 5 kilometres from the centre of Vias.
By plane: You can fly into Vias from Béziers Cap d'Agde airport. The airport is 5 kilometres from Vias town centre.
By bus: Hérault Transport connects Vias to various towns in the Hérault department.

During July and August, the accommodation is only available for rental from Saturday to Saturday.
A security deposit of 300 € will be requested upon your arrival.
Guests are invited to bring their own bed linen and towels.
