Just 400 metres from the beach, this bright, fully-equipped 47 m² flat is ideal for a comfortable, relaxing stay. It has a bedroom with a 140x190 cm double bed and a convertible sofa of the same size in the living room, providing additional sleeping space. The large terrace is perfect for relaxing outdoors and enjoying the mild Mediterranean climate. The communal swimming pool, shared with Marina Lodge residents, is open from 1 June to 30 September, guaranteeing refreshing moments all summer long.

## Access
The flat has a single parking space at the entrance to the residence, a shared bicycle storage area and a practical ‘drop-off’ area for unloading luggage!

Access to the various beaches of Vias is easy via the cycle paths (2.5km) or directly from the on-site car parks. There are plenty of water-based activities on offer on the various beaches, including diving, sailing, jet skiing or paddle boarding, kitesurfing and wakeboarding, sea kayaking... The accommodation is close to a host of restaurants, bars and other shops.

## Neighborhood
The house is located in a private, secure residence. It is fully gated. The residence is quiet and family-friendly.

## Transit
By train: Vias train station is 1 kilometre from the historic centre of Vias. For those who prefer to arrive from Agde, there is a larger station with TER and TGV services. This station is only 5 kilometres from the centre of Vias.
By plane: You can fly into Vias from Béziers Cap d'Agde airport. The airport is 5 kilometres from Vias town centre.
By bus: Hérault Transport connects Vias to various towns in the Hérault department.

## Notes
During July and August, the accommodation is only available for rental from Saturday to Saturday.
A security deposit of 300 € will be requested upon your arrival.
Guests are invited to bring their own bed linen and towels.
You can book bed linen and towel kits for €10 per person per stay.
Outside July and August, end-of-stay cleaning is optional.
However, if you prefer, we can do it for you for a fee of 84 € TTC.
End-of-stay cleaning is mandatory in July and August.
If the cleaning fee does not appear when booking, it must be paid on-site when collecting the keys.
Youth groups are not accepted.
Pets are not allowed in this accommodation.
