Fully equipped holiday villa in a secure residence -on one level- equipped for 4 people-02 or 04 beds -1 private parking. Quiet and very well located residence. 200 m from the beaches -fine sand with blue flag label for the quality of bathing water- 100m from the first shops-Comprising: a large living room with a sofa bed-kitchenette -a bedroom with a 140cm bed -a bathroom with a shower cubicle-an independent WC-Equipment of the accommodation: washing machine-fridge-freezer-grill oven with spit -electric hob-microwave-iron and ironing board-vacuum cleaner without bag-coffee maker-coffee pods-flat screen TV-all crockery for 4 people-small household appliances. Terrace with trees and closed by a gate with a garden table-6 chairs-2 deckchairs. Close to the airport of Béziers-d'agde-du cap d'agde-near the Europark amusement park and the canal du midi. One side of the sea and the other side of the Canal du Midi with its boat trips, bicycle tours, horse riding and much more. From 250euros to 600euros per week depending on the period. Short stay possible depending on availability. If you book a minimum of 2 weeks you will receive a discount. Possibility of provision of sheets - towels - cleaning with an additional cost at the entry and the departure or if 2 weeks: 1 time per week.

Bon séjour.

Appartement très propre, fonctionnel et proche de tous commerces et plage. Parfait pour 3 personnes. Grande terrasse / parking privé. Un meilleur ventilateur sera un gros plus car très dur de rafraîchir pour la nuit. Petit bémol, déçu de la plage qui est très sale et trop petite pour les journées d'affluences. Nous remercions les gérants qui ont été très sympathiques et disponibles. Merci à vous.
