Attention au respect de la procédure de location!

appartement bien situé, au cœur du village, à 4km des plages. quelques soucis avec "l'organisation " des propriétaires, absents durant notre séjour. 1) les propriétaires nous ont demandé d'envoyer les chèques d'acompte sans avoir signé ni lu le contrat de location, ce qui est parfaitement illégal et contraire au code civil (article 1134). 2) Une fois l'acompte réglé, et seulement deux jours avant le début de notre séjour, la propriétaire nous appelle pour nous demander le solde de la location, alors qu'il est bien précisé sur le contrat "solde à régler sur place". A ce moment là, la pression monte et nous nous demandons à quel type de personnes nous avons à faire pour avoir de telles "non-méthodes", illégales et contraires à toutes les procédures recommandées, y compris sur abritel! 3) A notre arrivée sur place, nous réglons le solde par chèques ( plusieurs familles donc plusieurs chèques) au gentil commerçant du coin chargé par les propriétaires de faire l état des lieux d' entrée et de sortie. Quelques jours après notre arrivée, donc toujours en " vacances", la propriétaire nous appelle et nous demande de lui adresser une nouvelle fois le solde de la location par chèque car la poste n'a pas encore acheminé le règlement envoyé par le commerçant...en quoi sommes-nous responsables?et surtout quelle personne censée enverrait 2 fois 1800€ au même propriétaire???!!!! Depuis,presque un harcèlement quotidien pour que nous lui envoyons d' autres chèques.. A ce gros problème d' organisation, s 'ajoutent quelques mauvaises surprises du type :éviers cuisine et salle de bain bouchés ,siphon douche bouché, le tout débouché par nos soins!! frigo très bruyant par moment, ce qui a pour petite conséquence d' empêcher de dormir les éventuels habitants du salon ( deux places en moins!!). Coup de fil a la propriétaire pour obtenir une solution : "il faut taper sur le frigo..." nous dit elle. Elle nous octroie quand même une réduction de 100 euros sur le prix de la location que nous attendons toujours.. En bref, vous l'aurez compris, nous déconseillons fortement la location de cet appartement !!!
