## Space
This spacious, bright and friendly 54 m² flat is ideal for a stay with family or friends. It has a comfortable living area with sofas and a fully equipped kitchen, offering everything you need for your stay. The bathroom with shower cubicle is on the ground floor, as is a separate toilet for added convenience. A washing machine is also available in the kitchen.
At night, there are three bedrooms. The first, on the ground floor, has a 160 cm double bed for optimum comfort. Upstairs, you'll find a bedroom with two 90 cm single beds, ideal for children or friends, and a second bedroom with two 90 cm bunk beds, perfect for younger children.
To make the most of the Mediterranean climate, you'll love the large south-facing terrace. It's the perfect place to relax outside, whether you're enjoying a sunny meal or just lazing around in the shade.

Access to the various beaches of Vias is easy via the cycle paths (2.5km) or directly from the on-site car parks. There are plenty of water-based activities available on the various beaches, including diving, sailing, jet skiing or paddle boarding, kitesurfing and wakeboarding, sea kayaking... The accommodation is close to a host of restaurants, bars and other shops.

By train: Vias railway station is 1 kilometre from the historic centre of Vias. For those who prefer to arrive from Agde, there is a larger station serving TER and TGV trains. This station is only 5 kilometres from the centre of Vias.
By plane: You can fly into Vias from Béziers Cap d'Agde airport. The airport is 5 kilometres from Vias town centre.
By bus: Hérault Transport connects Vias to various towns in the Hérault department.

During July and August, the accommodation is only available for rental from Saturday to Saturday.
A security deposit of 300 € will be requested upon your arrival.

You can book bed linen and towel kits for €10 per person per stay.
Outside July and August, end-of-stay cleaning is optional.
