## Space
Just 2.5 km from the sea, this spacious villa welcomes you in a peaceful setting, at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac in a residential neighborhood. An ideal place for relaxing holidays with family or friends.
The villa is arranged over several levels, with the living areas located on a half-landing, accessible via five steps from the main entrance. This central level offers a large, bright open space combining living room, dining area, and open-plan kitchen, extended by a veranda. The living room is equipped with a large TV, perfect for relaxing moments.
The whole area opens directly onto a large terrace and a 450 sqm landscaped garden, fully enclosed, featuring a private in-ground swimming pool, not overlooked, ideal for enjoying complete privacy.
The fully equipped kitchen allows you to cook comfortably and includes a Nespresso coffee machine, a classic filter coffee maker, a kettle, a toaster, a refrigerator, a freezer, a dishwasher, an oven, a microwave, as well as all the necessary kitchen equipment. A washing machine is also available.
The sleeping area is spread over two distinct levels.
Below the living area, a wide corridor leads to:
a bedroom with a 160 × 190 cm double bed,
a garden-facing bedroom with two single beds (90 × 190 cm), which can be joined together.
Part of the corridor can be separated by a curtain to create a third sleeping area, equipped with two single beds (90 × 190 cm).
This level also includes a shower cabin with washbasin, open to the corridor, as well as a nursery area.
Upstairs, a large bedroom with a 180 cm bed (made up of two 90 × 200 cm bases) completes the sleeping area. Right next to it is a spacious, independent bathroom equipped with a shower, toilet, ample storage, a hair dryer, and bath mats.
👉 All bedrooms are air-conditioned, equipped with duvets and pillows, and feature large wardrobes for optimal comfort.
Air conditioning and Wi-Fi are available throughout the house.
Outside, enjoy a large enclosed garden, carefully landscaped and completely private. The private swimming pool, secured with child safety barriers, is surrounded by several relaxation areas with sun loungers, allowing you to unwind at any time of the day. A terrace shaded by a pergola invites you to enjoy meals outdoors. A WEBER gas barbecue is available for summer grilling, along with an outdoor shower, ideal after the pool or the beach.
Free parking is available in front of the house. The center of Vias village can be reached on foot, while the beach is 2.5 km away, easily accessible by car (free parking near the beach) or by bus/shuttle connecting the village to the seaside.
