From this impressive and beautiful vacation villa with spacious fenced garden and large private pool, located about 5 km northeast of the town of Borgo San Lorenzo, you will enjoy a beautiful view of the Tuscan countryside! Due to the large indoor and outdoor areas, this house is particularly suitable for several families with children or groups of friends who want to spend the vacation together. Your inseparable four-legged friend is also welcome here! In the beautiful garden of the villa you can enjoy the pool with sun loungers, an adjacent loggia with table and chairs and a changing room with shower. This accommodation allows you to spend most of the day outdoors, starting with breakfast, which you can have under the loggia by the pool, on one of the two covered terraces of the house (one on the first floor and one on the 1st floor), on the beautiful open terrace (on the 1st floor) or even in the garden. Then settle down by the pool: take a refreshing dip, enjoy the sun or read your favorite book while drinking a good glass of wine. The property has three entrances: a remote control car entrance, a pedestrian entrance and the main entrance from an impressive courtyard. On one side of the house runs a side road. For water sports lovers we recommend a trip to Lake Bilancino (about 20 km) , which offers not only swimming but also fishing, canoeing, sailing and windsurfing. Do not forget that beautiful Florence, the cradle of the Renaissance, is nearby and will charm you with the beauty of its palaces, churches, monuments and museums! Parking on the property. Some distances: Borgo San Lorenzo (services, stores of all kinds) 5 km, golf 14 km, Florence 35 km. Arrivals and departures outside the scheduled time must be agreed with the landlord at least two weeks before departure.
