When we arrived a couple hours before checkin, we requested an early checkin. The lady on the front desk checked and our room was ready so early checkin for us which was amazing! Amazing service. Room and bathroom was very clean. There was coffee and tea with biscuits in our room, we did not use but was there. New fridge too. Our own balcony too. Just an overall great stay! We will be back!

The room had everything we needed. The spa, bed, balcony and views were excellent and a great location. The complimentary wine on arrival was a lovely touch.

My biggest issue is that i have messaged them twice through Expedia, before and during the stay and no reply yet and today was checkout after 2 nights booking. The details on Expedia do not match the actual rooms and to say seperate bathroom but it is actually across a hallway isnt what you would expect of a seperate bathroom. No communication is my issue.

The room we had was very basic. I was unable to get a lot of sleep due to the uncomfortable bed. The couch was not much better. Very basic room, would have been better if we had a microwave oven. Would not stay here again, even though it is close to everything in the centre of town.
