Located within the Smugglers complex in the heart of Victor Harbor, this welcoming second-floor unit with stair access only offers a relaxed and convenient base for your coastal getaway.

Inside, the light-filled living area is designed for comfort after a day by the beach, featuring an L-shaped lounge, air conditioning, Wi-Fi, and a bright, airy atmosphere enhanced by large windows and natural light throughout. In the adjoining kitchenette and dining area, you’ll find everything needed for easy holiday meals, including a fridge, microwave, cooktop, Nespresso coffee machine, cookware, crockery, and everyday essentials.

The apartment comfortably accommodates up to four guests across two bedrooms, each fitted with a queen bed and ample storage space. The bathroom includes a shower, toilet, and vanity with storage for added convenience.

You`ll also have access to the shared swimming pool and outdoor seating area, perfect for cooling off on warm afternoons or unwinding between adventures around Victor Harbor. Additional features include free parking, an in-house washing machine and access to a shared coin-operated laundry within the complex.

A portacot and high chair are available to hire for a fee. Should you require them, please let us know upon booking.

Please treat the our home as if it were your own. Kindly leave the property in a tidy condition upon departure. Unexpected additional cleaning cost will be forwarded to you.

$200AUD cleaning/deodorising fee charged if guest is found to have been smoking in the property.

CHECK OUT: Check out strictly at 10AM. Additional charges will be incurred for our cleaners time if not vacant upon their arrival. We charge $30AUD for the first 30 minutes, and $60AUD for every 30-minutes after this.

LOST KEYS/LOCKOUTS: Please keep the property key with you all the time during your stay. Lost key/emergency key delivery charges will be $180AUD plus key replacement fee or cost of a locksmith.

LOST PROPERTY: For any items left behind - the host will hold the item for a maximum of 30 days from check-out date after which time they will be considered abandoned and disposed of or donated. During the 30 day collection period, collection can be arranged by way of the guest providing a prepaid postage bag to a supplied address or the item can be collected in person at an agreed time and location.

This apartment offers its guests laundry facilities. The front desk is open around the clock.
