Step into a piece of Victor Harbor’s history with this beautifully restored cottage on The Esplanade. Originally built as a horse stable, this unique home was transformed into a residence in the 1950s and has since undergone a breathtaking renovation. Thoughtfully designed to preserve its charm while adding modern comforts, it now stands as a stunning coastal retreat, seamlessly blending heritage and French style.
The Space:
The Coach House is a charming renovated cottage circa 1933. This stunning Esplanade escape is perched right on the foreshore of vibrant Victor Harbor where cafe's, shopping and coastal walks are all at your finger tips.
A stunning base that allows you to relax inside or seamlessly savour outdoor entertaining, together with a lofty second floor offering two light-filled bedrooms helmed by an enclosed Juliet balcony to enjoy a morning cuppa and the ocean views.

One well behaved dog is allowed on holiday with you but please let us know. A $75 pet fee will be payable.
