AC machine didn’t work and room is in hot side of hotel. Needed to keep window open to let air in which meant the outdoor light would go on. Keep in mind you are at ground level as well. Not a great experience. I am confident this room was a closet at one point. Room was 8 by 12 total size.

Awesome property, super convenient to park and stay at. Will be coming back again for sure. Not a whole lot within 15-20 minutes of walking distance though, but that's not a con for us.

Friendly Staff. Clean. Pleasant looking. Just a tad tiny. We were 3 adults so we needed 2 queens beds. You can only get into the beds from one side. Plus we paid for the third adult yet housekeeping only left towels for 2 people. Minor over site, but still when they charge ( if I recall correctly ) $40 more per night for the extra person they could go the extra step and ensure they provide.

I slept fine. Just didnt like to get woken up by workers to tell us we cant have my extra person stay..cause its fire Hazzard? thats inappropriate when were all in bed sleeping. Could of let us know when we booked into room.

We checked in at around 9pm on 15th April, the person who was there in reception was too rude to us. We came with kids so he said it’s not allowed to stay in 1 room, we agreed to take another room then also he was too sarcastic and rude. This is not way to treat a customer. Take this as a complaint and take action. Apart from that, everything was fine.

Clean and well appointed rooms, brightly lit, though a little on the small side. I liked that the bedside table had a clock with multiple power outlets as well as USB ports - very useful in charging personal devices. The exterior of the hotel is a little off-putting though... shares a parking lot and reception with a car rental outlet. The parked cars have a direct line of sight into the rooms on the first and second floors, and so forces residents to keep their curtains closed for privacy. There is no housekeeping as long as there are guests in the rooms, so if you need fresh towels/coffee refills, you need to get it yourself from the Front desk. Not sure what happens to trash that accumulates in the room, since we didnt stay long enough to find out. Overall, if you just need a place to sleep and shower, this is perfect... very close to the downtown area, and near to public transportation.
