Located in a stunning area of Greater Victoria/Langford, on Bear Mountain. Very good reasonable restaurant/cafe Jacks across the road. Room was clean and comfortable. Additional parking charge was a surprise, as there is nowhere else to park other than in the underground. Add $10 additional per night to your rate. It is out of the way from downtown or the coastline, but worth the drive.

Very comfortable. Overnight parking was not included. Which was totally ok, but was not told by staff at check-in when parking was discussed. There was just a bill slipped under the door in the morning. I'd prefer to be told at check-in instead of bills slipped under the door, but that's just my preference. Otherwise no complaints about the actual stay, would book again.

Lovely, quiet hotel. Well appointed rooms and friendly staff. We enjoyed being out of downtown Victoria yet close enough to drive there when we wanted. We enjoyed the Sunday roast at Jack’s restaurant which is just a few steps from the hotel. Would definitely recommend this hotel to friends.

This property doesn’t have much options when it comes to restaurants, coffee shops or even shops and you have to drive 10-15 minutes to get to Langford for that, that’s why I think the price is too high, but otherwise the property is beautiful!

Weekend at the mountain

It start was disappointing because we were very late checking in, and ate informed that the room type we had booked was not eligible for dog freindly. We expected to game or reservation canceled but the desk staff went over and above to get us a room. The room turned out to be wonderful. The dogs loved our walk area, and the weekend was really special. I asked about our email throughthe web site and they had never received it. Since this is the third time we hand experienced this i have to say they did a wonderful job of making our weekend great.
