Hidden Oasis in Victoria, BC

Summary:
Tucked away in a quiet suburban neighbourhood is a hidden gem.

15 minutes from the hustle and bustle of Down Town Victoria, 15 minutes from Langford and 15 minutes from the Airport making it a perfect jumping off point if exploring all of what the greater Victoria area has to offer.

Overlooking the pool (open from June 1 to Sept 30) and leading out to an enclosed and private yard. Includes an outdoor kitchen and dinning area.

Close to parks and trails and bus stops.

The Space:
A private suite located in the lower level of a family home. Both bedrooms have double beds and the living room has a pull out couch for additional sleeping. Its quiet, relaxing and a great space for adults and kids alike.

Guest Access:
The whole bottom floor suite is for guests. The back yard, pool and outdoor kitchen is shared with the home owners. We are often working or busy with non travel life so for most days you will have the backyard to yourself.

The Neighborhood:
Quiet suburban neighbourhood. The most common sounds are birds chirping and children playing.

Getting Around:
There is plenty of parking on the road and there are several bus stops within a few minutes walk.

Other Things to Note:
The pool is closed for the winter.

There is no lifeguard on duty so you swim at your own risk. The pool is an in ground pool over 10 feet deep on the deep end so not for weak swimmers. Guests can use any of the pool toys or floaties that are in the backyard so no need to bring your own!

Interaction with Guests:
We live upstairs and are available anytime we are needed. We check on the pool and the back yard at least once a day so you will see us out and about.

Excellent property

Beautiful, clean, well-appointed townhome. Not a huge property, but thoughtfully laid out with abundant storage. The kitchen was well-stocked. Located near a light rail station and backing up into a beautiful park. Hot tub was terrific. Kids loved the quirky climbing wall and other kid-friendly appointments. Owner was very responsive.

Convocation 2023

We enjoyed our stay. Short stay and we were disappointed we could not take advantage of the outdoor pool and BBQ/Games/TV area as the weather did not cooperate. It would be a fun place to entertain and relax. It was a quiet neighbourhood but also convenient to the Downtown, shopping and UVic via vehicle. Malisa welcomed us and was available for our needs. We would definitely look the place up again when we are next in Victoria.
