Nice rooms but the pool was unusable due to other guests not properly watching their children. Kids were jumping off the rails and hot tub, splashing other guests and screaming. One hot tub was broken and had old stagnant water in it. Kids were still playing in this hot tub then getting back in the pool. No alcohol allowed in the pool was a disappointment as well. Consider having adult swim and allow alcohol.

The staff was amazing, I cannot remember the last time I had customer service that was excellent. I would like to acknowledge Eva, Christian, Melissa and Alex! The property was clean, the rooms were very nice.I liked the bar area. I did not use the pool but it looked very clean. Great place to stay!

The hotel is in semi-good condition. Needs some renovations, elevator trouble, one of the jacuzzis was not working, I guess I expected more for the price. Otherwise, the stay was OK.

The room was clean and comfortable, beds were great, staff was friendly and helpful. I had grandchildren with me and they enjoyed the swimming pool. I would definatly stay here again.

The staff was very friendly the rooms were nice but I was expecting exceptional rooms with the Hilton name. Only negative was the bathroom sink had no pressure but since I only needed it to brush my teeth I didn't feel a need to complain. Also I decided not to bring my defusing blow dryer to save space., The last two times I've traveled the room had a defuser for the blow dryer. As luck would have it this one did not. So for a curly hair girl this was quite inconvenient. But not something that couldn't be dealt with. So overall room was clean nice, food just okay. would I stay again sure because the most important marks were met.

Hilton Garden is the best place to stay in Victoria. We have stayed there three separate times. However, the pool and front gate is open to the community. Be prepared for non-hotel guest to take over the pool. Staff has over-looked it each of times we have stayed.
