Older hotel but cant beat the location, right in the heart of the Harbour and walking distance to many attractions. Clean, safe and parking lasts til 6pm the next day...so was able to park there after checkout.

It is very nice place to stay with family. Staffs are kind and room is clean. Also,the location is perfect—right in front of the ferry terminal and easily accessible to everything. The pool facilities were especially impressive and the kids absolutely loved it. It also has both dry and wet saunas, as well as a jacuzzi for adults.

Was in Victoria for a wedding when we stayed at the Hotel Grand Pacific. Great location, reasonable price. Unfortunately, the customer service was poor. We had inquired with the concierge regarding a clothing steamer. The hotel only has one and they stayed it was in the possession of a guest who was there for a prolonged stay. The main frustration with this was how inconvenienced the reception staff felt by our inquiry. Very unwilling to help and find a solution. Quite disappointing to have a beautiful property with such potential be overshadowed by poor front house service. It would be important to see improvements in this category before staying at this hotel again.
