Its an older property and it shows. It has what counts though. Very clean comfortable beds, lots of clean and comfortable pillows. The furniture and carpet was great. The bathroom was fine, the tub is old and worn but very clean. Its also the best shower water pressure I've ever had. Nice clean towels. The staff was really great. Hard to beat the value for the price so close to the center of downtown.

The room was pleasant and clean, nothing special but fine for the price. There was a small balcony on the room but the sliding access door was noisy and difficult to use. We enjoyed the convenient walking access to downtown Victoria. One of the hotel clerks we dealt with was pleasant and accommodating, the other not so much. Parking was OK, a little challenging for a full-size crew cab pickup but manageable. I would stay there again on my next trip to Victoria.

Close enough to downtown for a cheap hotel, I would only stay there again if I was absolutely drunk and needed to pass out and not actually look at the room or smell it.

The customer service good and check-in was very quick. My only real issue is the noise level, both within the hotel as well as outside in the general area. Bed was huge and super comfortable. I would stay there again.

Big furniture little room

The room was excessively small for the size of the furniture. Made getting around the room challenging. The fitted sheet was dirty so we slept on-top of top sheet. The bath tub as very slippery but the mat given to provide traction was mildew covered. Staff were not overly friendly but not unpleasant. Other than the location not a lot to say positive about the place. In a big need of a thorough make over and renovation. Not good value for the cost of the room.

I would never in a hundred years ever recommend this location to anyone from anywhere, the washrooms were moldy, no soap or shampoo provided, the rooms smelled and no food options were given. The property itself was surrounded by drug addicts who later in the night were seen attempting to enter cars.

Looks run-down and dirty. Check-in was prompt. Room had a bad odour. It was very off-putting especially paired with the state of the room and property in general. It was noisy through the night, not just road noise, but building noise from other guests, pipes, doors, etc. Grout on the shower surround was full of mildew and tub was stained. Lots of flaking paint, wall/baseboard damage/stains. Amenities were bare minimum and only 1 set of towels supplied. Bed was semi-comfortable but it’s clearly had a lot of use. One and done on this location.

Property is really old, smell in the room that hard to know where it came from. The supply is only good for 1 person to think we are family of 4. Shower curtain has molds and residue. Not worth the money. Only pros is close to downtown.

The hotel itself was generally clean and the staff were responsive. Unfortunately it is in a pretty rough part of the city and I would not be comfortable walking in the neighborhood with my family, especially after dark. The room was clean and the beds comfortable. There is a secure parking garage which is good.

The hotel feels very run down and not very clean. The ice machine is in the parking garage and does not look clean at all. I stayed there for a week and did not have anyone come clean my room from Monday to Friday when I left. The area outside the hotel is dirty and not well maintained. I would definitely not come back and stay here again. The overall feel of the room was old and run down - it didn’t smell horrible, but it didn’t smell nice either.

The customer service at this place was very poor, forget about greeting, the clerk didn't even want talk about the room rules or conditions. The place was very old and dirty. The elevator would take forever to work and everyone was waiting for it in a big line. I would never book this place ever.Unsafe area to stay

My room was very dirty when I arrived. The bed wasn’t even made properly and the floors were so dirty I wore my shoes the whole time inside my room. The bathroom was decent but old and smelled very musty. For the price of this hotel I was very disappointed.
