Large, private 1-bedroom modern suite in South Point (Bear Mountain). It sits above our garage and is very bright. Located close to transit, restaurants, grocery stores, and a 5 minute drive to the Bear Mountain Golf Resort & Spa.


This self-contained guest suite offers high-end finishes, fully equipped kitchen, in suite laundry, 50" Smart TV, WIFI, on site parking. Outside seasonal seating area, dedicated office workspace. Suitable for a single guest or a couple wanting to relax and de-stress.
