Staff was so friendly and accommodating. Always had good suggestions of where to dine and sights to see. Rooms were spacious and clean. Housekeeping amazing. Would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone coming to Victoria and will definitely come back!

We loved the location, it was quiet and very close to many interesting areas to explore. The pool and hot tub were great and we loved that we were upgraded to a suite with a little kitchen. Staff were friendly and check in and out were a breeze. The games room and pool table room were nice features we didn’t get time to enjoy and bonus is guest laundry facilities for longer stay!

Great location right in the heart of Victoria. The suites offer everything one might need for a short or longer term stay. The decor, furniture, etc are a bit dated but that works great for us if the price stays reasonable.

Great location. Comfy beds and new linens, but the rest of the space could use some freshening up. At check-in we were unexpectedly upgraded to suite which we didn't realize until we enter the room. This was at an additional cost. We didn't complain, but others should be aware that this may happen.
