Stayed for the night and had no complaints. Son used the fitness facilities and was pleased! The breakfast area was nice and clean and the food was so good!

The good side was the price and location. The breakfast was good too. Biscuits and gravy, eggs, potato, and little cereals and toast. The beds were comfortable. The ac worked good. Yes you will hear the train but it’s not that bad. The only bad thing was the cleanliness of the room. The floors were disgustingly dirty. We walked without socks and everyone got black black feet. So it’s better to sleep with shoes on. There was also food containers left from the previous family.

Right next to railroad tracks so there are trains all night. Wanted our money back and hotel would not allow it. Very unsatisfactory stay. Bed uncomfortable. Water in the shower was luke-warm. Pool is unkempt and looks ugly. Everything is run-down. We found out this Best Western is independently owned. It is not a part of the chain. The actual rooms look nothing like what you see in the photos.

I have stayed at this hotel 3 times before on my drive to Arkansas and always have been very impressed with how well the hotel has handled my check in the the cleanliness of the room, in addition the breakfast buffet is always amazing

Probably one of the worst nights of sleep I have ever had. This place is very close to very active train tracks. Also when a person books two room in one reservation, wouldn’t it make sense to have the rooms together.?
