Explore the bright and welcoming open-plan layout, with custom shutters throughout, highlighted by a fireplace and expansive bay windows that bathe you in natural light. You’ll enjoy ample space to gather and entertain guests while taking in beautiful vistas of the lake. Main entry level features a gourmet kitchen with a cook-top, granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, oven, dishwasher, microwave, and plenty of pots/pans, coffee maker, blender, and much more. Large open kitchen/game room with plenty of counter seating, pool table, board games, and sitting area. Entry level also includes the fourth bedroom with a queen bed, smart TV, and ceiling fan, separate laundry room with washer/dryer and access to the 2-car garage, as well as the third bathroom with a shower.

4. Hot tub must have jets shut off, cover on and locked. 5. Close and secure/lock all windows and doors. 6. Bag all trash and leave neatly in the garage. 7. Lock all doors.
8. Please send a message in VRBO to notify me of your departure. 9. Report any damages or information we should be aware of about the property.
