When we first arrived the front desk person Victor, was not welcoming, just matter of fact, I am a Hilton honors member and didn’t even say anything about that. The whole hotel smelled like cigarette smoke, especially our room. Our room was on the 2nd floor and one elevator was out of order and the other one was extremely scary, and should have been out of order, we took the stairs after that. We were booked for 2 nights but we left after the first night, the room was not clean and I wouldn’t take my shoes off. We picked the Hilton Garden Inn because we like those hotels but this one was not on brand. The wallpaper was peeling in the room and a hole in the wall by the TV. It was very run down and we were very disappointed.

Breakfast was not free. The staff is awesome ! The elevators were broken. The stairs were very far away and not clearly marked. I was staying with 2 disabled people who have bad knees and heart trouble. This was a really big deal for them.... Super inconvenient for us..

The room was nice and clean. The remote for the TV was a little hard to figure out. The lobby was very nice and comfortable for sitting and hanging out. There's a nice little restaurant in the lobby. There's no complimentary breakfast and no room service. The staff is very nice. There's a place for some fun right next door. There are also plenty of restaurants and places to shop close by.

The room was very clean and staff was friendly. Breakfast taste by not free for me. When I questioned the front desk about breakfast, she was dismissive and curt. I know understand I had to pre-purchase it but I believe some people got it for free.
