As you enter, a grand foyer welcomes you into this stunning home located on Spring Valley Lake, where style and elegance are on show along with the finest in contemporary comfort. Explore the bright and welcoming open-plan layout, with custom shutters throughout, highlighted by a new pellet stove and expansive bay windows that bathe you in natural light. You’ll enjoy ample space to gather and entertain guests while taking in beautiful vistas of the lake. Main entry level features a gourmet kitchen with large center island with glass cooktop, granite countertops, a farmhouse sink, stainless steel appliances, oven, dishwasher, microwave, and plenty of pots/pans, Keurig, coffee maker, blender, crock pot, electric tea kettle, spice rack, and much more. Large open kitchen/game room with plenty of counter seating, pool table, arcade game, board games, and sitting area. Entry level also, with a separate laundry room with front loading washer/dryer and access to the 3-car garage, as well as the third bathroom with a shower.

Family Reunion

Beautiful Home, great location. Plenty of space to enjoy together as a group or to spend some time alone. The house is located right on the lake, and close to the Mohave Riverwalk for a nice walk/run. Beautiful sunset views from the deck or master bedroom balcony. The host's response to questions was very fast.
