You will love the charm of Provence, the exceptional sunshine of the region, the song of the cicadas, the rosé, the gastronomy and the beautiful sea or countryside walks.
The villa is located in the center of Var in Vidauban, in a green residential area, just 1.5 km from the city center.
The beaches of St Tropez, St Raphaël. Ste Maxime, and many others are between 25/35 minutes.
You can thus enjoy the hectic life of the coast and appreciate the calm of the villa in the evening.
You will appreciate the layout of this villa with an area of 110 m² friendly and practical. Equipped with 3 bedrooms, including a spacious master suite overlooking the pool, double bed L 160 x 200 with walk-in shower 2 sinks and WC. The other 2 bedrooms are each equipped with 2 single 90x190 beds. A bathroom with 2 sinks (Italian shower) and a separate toilet. .
