Das Haus liegt in bewaldetem Gebiet in ruhiger Lage. Die Schlaf-Räumlichkeiten sind ausreichend dimensioniert. Wer die Küche viel benutzen möchte, findet umfangreiche Utensilien. Die Küchenmöbel zeugen von ambitionierter Eigeninitiative beim Einbau…Klimatisierung innen ist ausreichend. Es sind einige Stufen und Absätze im Innenraum vorhanden - stört nicht, sollte jedoch bei Einschränkungen der Mobilität beachtet werden. Grillmöglichkeit mit grosser Plancha aussen!Die Aussenanlage ist super! Riesiger Pool mit sehr vielen Liegemöglichkeiten! Üppiger, schattenspendender Bewuchs und Schirme haben uns vor zuviel Sonne bewahrt… Super netter Pool-Service (Eigentümer) ist zum Reinigen vor Ort! Sehr gute und unkomplizierte Kommunikation mit dem Verwalter (danke Patrick!)!Strategisch sehr günstige Lage (Cannes, Saint Tropez, Grasse…) viele Locations ca. 1Std. Fahrt mit dem Pkw erreichbar. Tolle Märkte, super freundliche Menschen in Vidauban!Extra-Tip: Restaurant „La Bastide de Mangans“… sooo lecker & tolles Ambiente! Einkaufen & Tanken sehr vielfältig und nah gelegen (ca. 10min vom Haus).Alles in allem haben wir eine wunderschöne und kurzweilige Zeit bei einem sehr freundlichen Vermieter verbracht; Sollten im Küchenbereich mal Besteck und Kaffeeautomat erneuert werden, würde es dem Objekt gut bekommen…Fazit: Sehr freundlich, prima gelegen, für 4 Erwachsene üppig (mit zusätzlich 2 Kindern gut machbar!) Auto parkt auf Grundstück unterm Carport… War einfach ein sehr angenehmer Urlaub
