Beautiful house with private pool in the calm area of Aiguaviva Park, only 9km from the beaches and center of Lloret de Mar. This house is divided over 2 floors. On the main floor, you'll find a living - dining room with direct exit to a nice terrace where you can have lunch or dinner, a great and fully equipped kitchen (fridge, oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing - dryer machine), a complete bathroom with bathtub and two double bedrooms (a double bed in each one). On the first floor you will find a double bedroom with a trundle bed, a complete bathroom with shower and an open area with a trundle bed (there can sleep 2 persons), and also a closed terrace where you can enjoy the nice mountain views. In the outdoor area is a a private pool (7x4), a terrace with garden furniture (like a chill-out), a barbecue area with table and chairs where you can take a lunch and dinner, and a fridge. Free WIFI connection. Pets accepted on prior request and with supplement.Outdoor parking area.
