Private: 600 m2 flowers and trees, beautiful garden to relax, swimming pool angular (8 x 4 m, depth 120 - 180 cm, seasonal availability: 06.Apr. - 18.Oct.). Shower/WC in the pool area, pergola, terrace (30 m2), garden furniture, barbecue. In the house: central heating system. Parking at the house. Shop 4 km, supermarket 4 km, restaurant 4 km, bar 4 km, bus stop 1 km. Cycle lane 1 km. Nearby attractions: Waterwolrd Lloret de mar 16 km, Marinland Blanes 24 km, Pueblo Medieval Tossa de mar 22 km, Girona 21 km. Please note: car recommended. Suitable for families.
