This holiday cottage is located near a working game farm. Situated in the farmyard, the cottage is in the main house, sharing part of the courtyard with a second cottage (sleeps 7). It offers a private area, and the entire property is enclosed, making it ideal for large families. It is close to the Étang des Bois pond, the Orléans forest, the canal, and the hiking trails of Lorris. The house features a large, enclosed, and heated veranda with a lounge area. Ground floor: fitted kitchen, large living room with lounge area, dining room, small separate lounge, shower room, separate WC.
Upstairs: 4 bedrooms, 2 with two single beds (90cm), 1 with a single bed (90x200cm), 1 with a double bed (160cm) or two single beds (80x200cm), bathroom, separate WC. Central heating and electricity are included. Bed linen is provided and beds are made upon arrival. End-of-stay cleaning is optional at €100 and towels are optional at €5 per person. Wood-burning stove in the dining/living room.
