Traditional granite house, built from my ancestors' original house, overlooking the valley, in the village of Anissó, at a junction close to towns such as Vieira do Minho, Fafe, Cabeceiras de Basto, Terras de Bouro, Gerês, Póvoa de Lanhoso or Amares. 5km from the Guilhofrei dam (Ermal), 7km from the Diverlanhoso theme park, 15km from the Caniçada dam, 3km from the Senhora da Lapa Sanctuary (Soutelo). With excellent restaurants nearby and interesting hiking trails, indicated in the house's own booklet. Duplex with 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, with cable TV, internet and central heating. Garden and vegetable patch, with spring-fed pond. Garage for one car 50 metres away and parking at the back of the house.
Excellent walking routes and river beaches nearby, with ski lifts. Boat trips on the Caniçada. Iron Age hillfort with breathtaking views, 20 minutes away on foot. Region with the Villages of Portugal, Espindo and Campos; Serra da Cabreira with its own fauna and flora and the Borrallha Mines. Close to Termas das Taipas, Gerês and Caldelas. Monumental churches in Soutelo, Mosteiro and Póvoa de Lanhoso. Misarela Bridge - ethnographic, historical and scenic site

mala precision del anuncio con la realidad

En el anuncio dicen 1292 m2 y disfrutar aal aire libre, aceptan hasta dos mascotas de cualquier tamaño. En las fotos se ve una vivienda unifamiliar con exteriores. En larealidad todos los dias una señora está trabajando en un huerto practicamente en la puerta de la casa. El propietario nos dice que la casa no tiene condiciones para tener un perro suelto y que debemos impedir que salga de la casa.Insiste que todo esto figura en el anuncio. " NO ES VERDAD". Hay Whaspp que demuestra lo dicho. De haberlo sabido no habriamos alquilado esta casa. En este anuncio ofrecen " aparacamiento cubierto" en la propìedad que tampoco nos ofrecen . Nos indican aparcar en la calle en una curva . Parte del equipamiento es muy viejo y en muy mal estado. Tenemos fotografias que lo demuestran. Rincones de la casa llenos de trastos viejos y sucios. Mantelerias y paños llenos de manchas. También disponemos de fotografias. Salon-comedor casi sin iluminacion natural. Se debe abrir las dos puertas de la calle para diponer de algo de luz.Aun ni eso siempre hay que estar con luz artificial.
